About Turkey Street Train Station

Built in 1891 by the Great Eastern Railway, Turkey Street served Enfield's northern expansion.

The station closed in 1960 but reopened in 1985.

Today, as part of the Overground network, it connects to Liverpool Street, with nearby country parks and historic estates offering green spaces in this part of North London undergoing significant regeneration.
